"Superior AC & Heat inspected my furnace on Monday and determine that I needed to replace the furnace. Since I was also desiring to add AC to my home, I decided to bundled both projects and get a new furnace and AC Unit together. The team arrive at my home Wednesday morning at 7:45 am; the new furnace was installed by 1:00 pm and they completed the AC Unit, tested it and cleaned up by 4:30 pm. Great work; I highly recommend them."
Check the thermostat to see if the Fan switch has been turned on. If it has, turn it to OFF or to Auto. If it is set to OFF or Auto already, the heat pump’s limit switch needs to be adjusted. Call a heat pump repair technician to make the adjustment or, if you are handy with this type of repair, follow the instructions in your owner’s manual to reset the pointers on the fan side of the limit control. The lower pointer should be set to about 90 degrees F. and the upper one should be at about 115 degrees F.
If the air conditioner on your thermostat set low, and you aren't feeling cool air, it could be that debris is blocking the condenser. Check on your system outside and remove any tree branches or leaves from around it. Debris can easily obstruct air flow, so make sure the area around your air conditioning unit is clean and trimmed back. Make sure your filter is clean. A buildup of dirt and dust can cause poor air circulation.

He was courteous and good-natured, which helped to calm my frazzled state over a unexpected HVAC repair. The tech took care in my home not to create or leave a mess.
